I didn’t get into coaching just to help people build muscle or get in shape.
I do this because health builds freedom, confidence, and longevity — and life is too short to spend it tired, overwhelmed, and feeling behind.
I believe in raising the bar: in fitness, in mindset, in how we show up for ourselves and the people we love.
And I teach a system built around real life — work, family, responsibilities, and the desire to enjoy life, not restrict it.
I wasn’t always the guy people come to for fitness advice.
I used to be a scrawny kid who thought he was living healthy. My dad did too. He worked hard, provided for us, and seemed fine — until suddenly he wasn’t. When I was 13, my dad passed away due to cancer, and I thought he just had bad luck. I thought disease was just something that happened to people by chance.
For years, I carried that belief with me… until I stepped into the gym.
What started as building strength became discipline, confidence, and the realisation that health isn’t random — it’s built.
We have far more control over our health than we’ve been led to believe.
Despite my desire to be in good health, I didn’t turn into a robot. I still want to live and enjoy my life, not just prolong it. Because of this, I developed systems for myself, to make it as easy as possible to live that fit life.
Today, I’m healthier, stronger, and more energetic than ever — without sacrificing family, social life, or carreer.
And I wish for you to live like that as well, as I believe it’s within everyone’s reach.
